Our company follows labour laws through a compensation policy which includes at least the minimum wage, or wages that match the minimum wage together with the most dominant industry rate. Overtime work receives compensation at legal rates which equal to double the amount of gross salary.

  • Work Hours

Every employee in our workplace must follow the prevailing local work hours set by law according to our strict policy. All workers have a maximum weekly work limit of forty-eight hours. All personnel who work beyond their contractual working hours of a standard week may receive overtime compensation.
